Highlighted EBiSC Gene-edited Collections

The EBiSC Catalogue is a collection of high quality, human iPS cells available for distribution to academic and commercial researchers worldwide for use in disease modelling and other forms of pre-clinical research. Cell lines in the current EBiSC catalogue have been made and deposited by EBiSC partner labs and a number of external research organisations. The collection includes isogenic cell line collections which have been genetically modified to repair or insert disease related genotypes, add reporter genes or include inducible transgenes to modulate cell identity. Can’t find the line you need? Check the EBiSC cell line catalogue and search by disease and affected gene for further lines. See more information here and contact EBiSC to discuss custom gene editing requests.
