Cell Line Collection: Frontotemporal Dementia

Through collaboration with CRACK-IT UnTangle2, EBiSC provides isogenic iPSCs carrying MAPT genotypes associated with the development and progression of Frontotemporal Dementia, inserted into a healthy control line. SLC17a7 GFP reporter lines are similarly available. PMID: 34274950, 30057263
