Cell Line Collection: Panel of healthy iPSCs from diverse ethnicities and ancestries
As discussed in multiple publications (Gurwitz et al, 2024, Ghosh et al 2022), increased genetic and ancestral diversity is required across the breadth of iPSC research to ensure outputs are beneficial and effective for all individuals.
EBiSC is actively working on this and welcomes deposit of new iPSC lines from under-represented populations. If you would like to discuss at all, reach out to Contact@EBiSC.org
Highlighted here are currently available iPSC lines from non-caucasian individuals which can be included in ongoing research to increase the diversity of research outputs. A single established iPSC line from each donor are listed below for ease, however additional lines from each donor are findable using the links below (click the links and see ‘Similar lines’).
